This is a leadership position where hands-on management meets customer-focused teamwork.

What You'll Do

• Lead and motivate your team during each shift, modeling the work ethic and customer service excellence we expect
• Ensure consistent food quality and presentation across all orders
• Train and develop crew members on systems, procedures, and best practices
• Manage inventory, cash handling, and opening or closing procedures
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy
• Maintain cleanliness, safety standards, and compliance throughout your shift
• Communicate shift performance and team needs to restaurant management
