About the Role
As an Inside Sales Representative at Alro Steel Corp, you'll be the voice and trusted resource for our clients and prospects. Working from our West Hollywood location, you'll engage customers over the phone and via email, understand their material and service needs, and guide them toward solutions tailored to their operations. What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain a qualified sales pipeline through strategic outbound calls, emails, and consistent follow-up
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries and convert interest into closed sales
- Build expertise in our product line and industry so you can advise customers with confidence and credibility
- Collaborate with operations and management to ensure seamless order processing and customer success
- Track sales activities, maintain accurate customer records, and report on pipeline progress and metrics
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through disciplined execution and continuous refinement

- Sales experience or a track record of success in customer-facing roles, or a recent graduate with strong communication skills and genuine passion for selling
- Excellent written and verbal communication — you explain complex information clearly and build rapport naturally
