About the Role

As an Equipment Associate with Reliable Onsite Services (ROS), you'll support critical portable sanitation operations across Morgan County. You'll work on a team responsible for equipment maintenance, service coordination, and ensuring our customers receive reliable solutions. This role combines technical responsibility with direct customer interaction in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Inspect and maintain portable sanitation equipment to ensure operational readiness
• Coordinate equipment delivery, setup, and retrieval at customer job sites and events
• Identify equipment issues and work with maintenance specialists to resolve them
• Monitor inventory levels and organize stock for efficient dispatching
• Communicate with customers and team members to address service requests and questions
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and company operational procedures
• Support daily operations to meet service level commitments

• Demonstrated reliability and commitment to quality work
• Physical capability to work with equipment and perform outdoor tasks
• Mechanical interest or prior equipment handling experience, a plus
• Clear communication and collaborative problem-solving approach
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving history
