Join Lex Cooling, Heating, Plumbing & Electrical as a full-time Technician based in Fairview, Collin County. We're looking for a skilled professional to diagnose, repair, and maintain plumbing systems for residential and light commercial clients throughout the DFW area.

About the Role

As a Technician with Lex Cooling, Heating, Plumbing & Electrical, you'll deliver hands-on service to customers across the Dallas-Fort Worth region. Your expertise in plumbing system maintenance and repair will be essential as you visit job sites, assess customer needs, and execute quality solutions that keep homes and businesses running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose plumbing issues and determine the best repair or replacement approach
• Install, repair, and maintain water heaters, fixtures, piping, and drainage systems
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections at customer locations
• Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and safety standards

• Maintain accurate work records and service documentation
