About the Role

As a Sales Support Representative - Commercial at Ferguson, you'll be the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring seamless communication and smooth transaction processing for our commercial accounts. You'll work directly with customers, inside sales professionals, and branch teams to manage inquiries, prepare quotes, process orders, and resolve issues that keep our customers' projects moving forward.

What You'll Do

  • Handle inbound customer calls and emails, responding promptly to commercial account inquiries and service requests
  • Prepare accurate quotes and proposals using company systems, supporting the sales team with detailed product information
  • Process orders, confirm specifications, and coordinate delivery arrangements with warehouse and logistics teams
  • Maintain and update customer account information, ensuring data accuracy across all platforms
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues appropriately, ensuring satisfaction and retention
  • Support inventory and product knowledge by staying current with catalog offerings and availability
  • Assist with administrative tasks including documentation, scheduling, and reporting as needed
