Dispatcher

About the Role

As our Dispatcher, you'll manage the critical intersection between customer needs and field operations. You'll handle inbound service requests, coordinate scheduling, and ensure every commitment we make to customers is delivered on time and accurately.

What You'll Do

• Answer customer inquiries and process service orders with accuracy and professionalism
• Build and optimize daily dispatch schedules that match customer locations with available resources
• Communicate clearly with field teams to confirm job details, timing, and any special requirements
• Track service progress and proactively notify customers of arrival windows or any changes
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and adapt to urgent requests with composure
• Maintain organized records of orders, dispatch activities, and customer interactions
• Collaborate with management to identify efficiency improvements in workflow

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in high-volume customer interactions
• Demonstrated ability to organize multiple tasks and prioritize competing deadlines
• Comfort with scheduling software, databases, and computer-based record systems
