Vice President – Deposit Product, Business Manager

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Vice President — Deposit Product, Business Manager to lead the development and execution of deposit solutions serving clients nationwide from our Grandview Heights, Ohio office. About the Role

In this Vice President position at JPMorgan Chase, you'll oversee the strategic direction of deposit products used by millions of banking clients. You'll combine product strategy, business leadership, and technology expertise to ensure our deposit offerings remain competitive and customer-focused while driving sustainable revenue growth.

What You'll Do

• Develop and own the deposit product strategy, including roadmap definition, prioritization, and execution
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from opportunity identification through market launch and optimization
• Partner with technology, operations, and digital teams to incorporate advanced automation and digital-first capabilities
• Lead cross-functional product initiatives to accelerate customer acquisition and market share expansion
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging opportunities and guide product evolution
• Ensure all products adhere to regulatory standards, compliance frameworks, and risk management protocols
• Report on product performance against key business metrics and advise senior leadership on strategic direction

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience in deposit product development, retail banking strategy, or commercial banking leadership
• Track record of successfully managing product portfolios and leading strategic initiatives from conception to market
• Deep knowledge of banking technology, digital platforms, and process automation
• Strong quantitative and financial analysis capabilities with ability to interpret business performance data
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication abilities
• Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing teams in competitive financial services environments
