What You'll Do
- Provide first-level and escalated technical support for Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues promptly and professionally
- Document incidents and maintain accurate records of support interactions
- Collaborate with IT teams to identify and implement solutions
- Assist with M365 user onboarding and training
- Monitor system performance and report on application availability
