07 – Import/Export Analyst

Celestica International LP is hiring an Import/Export Analyst for our Campbell, California office. This is a full-time position ideal for someone building a career in international trade and logistics.

About the Role

You'll gain practical experience in the import/export field by managing documentation, regulatory compliance, and shipment coordination. Working within established procedures and under close guidance, you'll develop core competencies in trade operations while contributing to the smooth flow of international commerce.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and process import and export documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs forms
• Maintain accurate shipment records and trade transaction data
• Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and international business partners
• Verify shipments comply with applicable tariffs and trade regulations
• Monitor shipments and assist with issue resolution under supervisor guidance
• Support daily operational needs of the import/export department

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and data entry
• Ability to learn quickly and follow established procedures
• Effective communication skills with colleagues and external contacts
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar business software
• Interest in international business and supply chain operations
