Information Security Project Manager

Insight Global seeks a full-time Information Security Project Manager to oversee our security portfolio in Grand Central, Manhattan. In this role, you'll manage a large suite of concurrent security projects while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and timelines.

About the Role

As Information Security Project Manager at Insight Global, you'll be the orchestrator behind our security program execution. Working closely with Senior Program Managers, you'll oversee the successful delivery of 20–26 active projects simultaneously, ensuring each security initiative stays on schedule and meets business objectives across a complex, multi-domain security landscape.

What You'll Do

• Manage the delivery of information security projects spanning cloud security, SaaS security, infrastructure protection, vulnerability management, application security, network security, and data loss prevention
• Partner with Senior Program Managers to set project scope, timelines, resource needs, and priority sequencing
• Track project status, identify risks, and escalate issues to keep initiatives on schedule
• Coordinate across technical security teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
• Balance competing priorities and adjust plans as organizational needs evolve
• Support cross-functional alignment on security projects that span cloud environments, enterprise applications, on-premises infrastructure, and development pipelines

What We're Looking For

• Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects in a technical or security environment
• Strong capability to juggle 20+ projects with shifting priorities and deadlines
• Understanding of information security domains including cloud security, application security, vulnerability management, or network security
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across technical and non-technical teams
• Project management expertise or equivalent professional experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
