Recorded Future, the world's largest intelligence company, is hiring an Account Director, Indonesia to be based in Singapore. In this full-time, quota-carrying role, you'll drive enterprise revenue by winning new logos and expanding strategic accounts across the Indonesian market.

About the Role

As Account Director, Indonesia at Recorded Future, you'll take ownership of the complete sales cycle — from first outreach through signature — while cultivating durable relationships with senior decision-makers across cybersecurity, IT, and procurement. Based in Singapore, this is a high-impact position suited to a strategic, customer-focused sales leader who thrives on growing territory and closing complex deals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate net-new business through outbound prospecting, referrals, and channel partner networks, running strategic discovery to map customer security needs to Recorded Future's intelligence solutions.
  • Own and expand a portfolio of enterprise accounts across diverse verticals, surfacing upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities through usage insights and unmet needs.
  • Build multi-threaded relationships spanning technical and executive audiences — including CISO, CIO, and VP of Security — acting as a trusted advisor well beyond the initial sale.
  • Partner with Customer Success and internal teams to deliver smooth onboarding, ongoing support, and lasting value.
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles of 6–12 months, applying MEDDPICC and value-based selling to qualify and progress deals.
  • Craft persuasive proposals grounded in both technical value and business ROI, and manage pricing and objection conversations with confidence.
  • Maintain pipeline health and forecast accuracy using Salesforce, Clari, and Gong, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual targets.
  • Track cybersecurity trends and competitive shifts, feeding market intelligence back to product and positioning teams.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity sales, focused on complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Proven history of beating quota, growing territory, and closing 7-figure, multi-year contracts with Fortune 1000 organizations.
  • Hands-on experience with both direct sales and partner-led go-to-market models.
  • Strong command of discovery, objection handling, closing, and MEDDPICC value-based selling, plus approvals, legal reviews, and quoting workflows.
  • Confident engaging C-level executives; highly organized and fluent in Salesforce, Clari, and Gong.
  • Entrepreneurial, resilient, curious, collaborative, and composed under pressure.
