About the Role

As a Transaction Processor, you'll be essential to Coldwell Banker's Agent Services organization, working remotely to manage the complete lifecycle of residential real estate transactions. You'll serve as a critical link between our branch office network and our centralized operating system, ensuring that residential real estate documents are accurately uploaded, properly organized, and efficiently processed. Your work directly supports the timely transfer of transaction data and information that keeps our entire operation running smoothly and ensures agents can focus on their clients.

What You'll Do

• Upload and organize residential real estate documents into the centralized system with precision and attention to detail
• Process and manage transactions for new home listings generated by the Coldwell Banker branch network
• Verify data accuracy and completeness as information flows into our operating system
• Maintain organized, comprehensive transaction records throughout the workflow
• Coordinate with branch offices to address document questions or data discrepancies
• Monitor transactions from initiation through completion to ensure all steps meet our operational standards
• Support the timely processing of listings and transaction-related information across the agent services network
