About the Role
As a Leasing Consultant at Village Green in Pensacola, you'll be the primary point of contact for prospective residents, managing all aspects of our apartment leasing process. Working on-site in our community, you'll handle incoming inquiries, conduct personalized tours, execute lease agreements, and prepare all necessary documentation. Your efforts will ensure a smooth and positive experience that converts interest into signed leases and builds long-term resident relationships.
What You'll Do
- Answer incoming calls and respond promptly to online inquiries from prospective residents
- Conduct in-person community tours and apartment consultations showcasing available units
- Guide qualified prospects through the complete leasing process and execute lease agreements
- Prepare, organize, and submit leasing files and documentation for approval and processing
- Manage lease renewal opportunities to support resident retention and community stability
- Maintain accurate, detailed records of all leasing activity and resident interactions
- Collaborate with team members on administrative support and community-related tasks
