About the Role

As a Senior Project Designer with Cushman & Wakefield, you'll oversee the creation of detailed design documents, drawings, and specifications that translate client visions into buildable realities. This full-time position offers the opportunity to guide design strategy on complex and specialized projects, mentor junior team members, and ensure every deliverable meets our exacting quality standards.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design process on complex, specialized projects, ensuring all solutions align with client objectives and industry best practices
• Develop comprehensive design documents, technical drawings, and visual diagrams that communicate design intent clearly to stakeholders and construction teams
• Conduct quality reviews of design deliverables created by Project Designers, providing constructive feedback and ensuring consistency
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and construction professionals to refine designs and resolve implementation challenges
• Apply your deep design experience to mentor team members and contribute to the development of design standards and processes
• Manage projects from initial concept through final delivery, maintaining schedules and budgets

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Project Designer or similar senior design role, with demonstrated expertise in interior design and complex project delivery
• Strong proficiency in design software and tools relevant to your discipline
• Excellent technical drawing and documentation skills
• Ability to lead projects independently and mentor other designers
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy
• Professional degree in architecture, interior design, or related field preferred
