Meta is hiring a Creative Director in Wyoming, Kent County to lead the visual and brand strategy for meta.com, our global e-commerce platform. About the Role

As Creative Director at Meta's Wyoming, Kent County office, you'll oversee the visual identity and creative direction that define how millions of customers experience meta.com. You'll synthesize brand strategy, e-commerce design principles, and emerging AI capabilities to create cohesive, compelling experiences. This role reports to senior leadership and has significant influence over how the platform evolves creatively.

What You'll Do

• Establish and evolve the visual strategy and creative direction across meta.com, ensuring consistency and impact at every customer interaction
• Lead cross-functional creative teams, working closely with product designers, content strategists, and industrial designers to translate vision into reality
• Develop go-to-market creative campaigns that balance aesthetic excellence with conversion optimization and performance metrics
• Integrate AI and emerging technologies into creative processes and design thinking
• Build and maintain creative standards, design systems, and brand guidelines that scale across the platform
• Advocate for design-led thinking and ensure creative solutions address genuine business challenges
