Lot Associate

Home Depot is hiring a full-time Lot Associate for our Greenfield, Franklin County location. In this customer-facing role, you'll help shoppers load their purchases and maintain our store entrance and cart inventory to keep our facilities clean and organized.

About the Role

As a Lot Associate at Home Depot in Greenfield, Franklin County, you're the front line of our customer experience. You'll assist shoppers with their purchases, manage store entrances, and ensure cart inventory stays ready to serve. This full-time position puts you in direct interaction with customers and team members throughout your shift, often serving as the first and last associate customers encounter.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers with safely loading merchandise into their vehicles
• Monitor and maintain the store entrance to keep it clean, organized, and welcoming
• Manage cart inventory and placement near store entrances for customer accessibility
• Interact professionally with Home Depot associates and shoppers
• Respond to customer requests and provide support throughout the lot area
• Maintain safety standards and follow all store procedures
