About the Role
As Account Coordinator at 8Sian Signs, you'll manage the flow of information and requests across multiple stakeholders, keeping projects on track and relationships strong. This position is essential to our day-to-day success—handling scheduling, coordination, and client support while acting as the backbone of our account management operations.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate content scheduling and campaign timelines across our TV location partners
- Manage client communication, responding to inquiries and keeping stakeholders updated on project status
- Liaise between TV locations, clients, and internal departments to resolve issues and ensure smooth execution
- Organize and maintain records related to accounts, campaigns, and scheduling
- Support campaign launches and ensure all details are confirmed and tracked
- Assist with general administrative tasks to keep our Arcadia office running efficiently
