Sales Merchandiser

Coca Cola Beverages Florida is seeking a full-time Sales Merchandiser to maintain product excellence and grow market presence across Sarasota and Manatee County retail locations. This position is based at our Sarasota depot and features an early morning work schedule with hands-on responsibility for customer-facing operations.

About the Role

As a Sales Merchandiser with Coca Cola Beverages Florida, you'll work directly at retail locations ensuring our beverages are properly stocked, displayed, and easily accessible to consumers. You'll serve as the trusted point of contact for our customer accounts, managing inventory levels, processing orders, and delivering responsive customer service in the field.

What You'll Do

• Stock, rotate, and maintain Coca Cola product inventory at assigned retail locations
• Create visually appealing merchandise displays to maximize product visibility and drive sales
• Process customer orders for product replenishment based on store inventory levels and needs
• Respond to customer requests regarding product availability and delivery coordination

What We're Looking For

• Ability to start work at 5:00 AM and maintain consistent attendance across five-day work weeks, with weekend availability as required
• Physical capability to lift, carry, and properly arrange beverage products throughout your service area
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine commitment to customer service
• Reliable personal transportation to service multiple customer locations in Sarasota and Manatee County
• Willingness to work independently and represent Coca Cola Beverages Florida with professionalism
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
