Cooler Service Technician

Coca Cola Beverages Florida is hiring a full-time Cooler Service Technician to join our team in Big Pine Key, Monroe County. In this hands-on role, you'll maintain and service beverage cooling equipment across our customer territory, ensuring reliable service delivery and customer satisfaction.

About the Role

This is a full-time position with a Wednesday through Saturday schedule, working 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. You'll be the technical backbone keeping our cold beverage equipment running smoothly for customers throughout the Big Pine Key area and surrounding regions. Your work directly impacts customer experience and Coca Cola Beverages Florida's reputation for dependable service.

What You'll Do

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on refrigerated beverage coolers and dispensing equipment at customer locations
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and implement timely solutions
• Transport, position, and safely maneuver equipment during installation and service calls
• Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems before they impact customers
• Complete service documentation accurately and maintain detailed equipment records
• Work across a designated service territory to meet customer needs efficiently

What We're Looking For

• Experience with mechanical or refrigeration equipment service and repair
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift, carry, and position equipment safely and correctly
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Willingness to work the Wednesday–Saturday schedule, 10 AM–8 PM
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
