About the Role

This is a full-time position focused on preparing vehicles for finishing work. You'll perform detailed inspections and surface preparation on automobiles, working with established processes to ready each vehicle for the next stage of our preparation workflow.

What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicle body panels and surfaces
• Perform surface preparation tasks including sanding and other prepping techniques
• Identify and document any body work needs or damage
• Maintain organized work areas and follow safety protocols
• Work collaboratively with other technicians and team members
• Meet quality and productivity standards consistently

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 6 months of professional automotive preparation or related experience
• Familiarity with hand tools and automotive equipment
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Valid driver's license
