Lease Operator

Danos, LLC is hiring a Lease Operator for our operations in Tamina, Montgomery County. In this full-time role, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of production and injection wells, ensuring they run safely and efficiently while meeting all regulatory standards.

About the Role

As a Lease Operator at Danos, LLC, you are the front line of our oil and gas operations. You'll manage well sites in the Tamina area, maintaining equipment, monitoring production metrics, and responding to operational issues with both technical expertise and sound judgment. This is hands-on work that directly impacts our production capacity and safety record.

What You'll Do

• Monitor production and injection wells to ensure optimal performance and identify potential issues
• Maintain and service production equipment to keep operations running at peak efficiency
• Document well performance, maintenance activities, and operational data accurately
• Support and implement Health, Environment, and Safety (HSE) protocols across all well sites
• Work independently and collaboratively with other operators and field teams
• Respond to operational emergencies and troubleshoot equipment failures
