About the Role

As a Cement Hand with Ranger Energy, you'll be an essential member of our cementing operations crew, working directly under the guidance of our Manager and Operator. You'll contribute to the seamless execution of cementing jobs that are vital to well integrity and project success in the Weld County area.

What You'll Do

• Operate and maintain cementing equipment as part of the daily unit operations
• Assist with rigging up and rigging down cementing equipment at job sites
• Support equipment setup, breakdown, and transportation between locations
• Monitor systems and equipment performance during active cementing operations
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Respond to supervisor direction and adapt to changing job requirements
• Perform routine maintenance and upkeep on cementing unit components
