Entry Level Admin/HR (Chattanooga)

Aerotek is hiring an Entry Level Admin/HR professional for our office in Harrison, Hamilton County. About the Role

You'll join our growing team at Aerotek, supporting the human resources and administrative functions that keep our organization running smoothly. As an entry-level professional, you'll gain hands-on experience in HR operations while working alongside experienced professionals at a company that connects thousands of workers and clients across diverse industries including manufacturing, logistics, construction, aviation, facilities, and maintenance.

What You'll Do

• Support core HR functions including employee relations and administrative coordination
• Maintain employee records, files, and scheduling systems
• Assist with employee onboarding and orientation processes
• Provide administrative support to the HR team
• Perform data entry, documentation, and correspondence tasks
• Help coordinate office administration and internal projects

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma, GED, or associate degree preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Comfort with computer systems and data management
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
• Genuine interest in learning HR practices and procedures
