Machine Operator

Kelly Services is actively recruiting a full-time Machine Operator in Osseo, Hennepin County for an established manufacturing operation. We seek a mechanically inclined professional ready to work in a dynamic, production-focused environment where your technical skills will be essential to our success.

What You'll Do

• Operate production machinery according to specifications and work instructions
• Monitor equipment performance and implement routine adjustments as needed
• Inspect products and verify they meet quality standards before shipment
• Perform basic troubleshooting and report maintenance issues promptly
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area on your shift
• Meet production targets while adhering to safety protocols
• Work collaboratively with your shift team to ensure smooth operations

Compensation & Schedule

This full-time position offers competitive pay ranging from $19.00 to $20.00 per hour, based on shift assignment. First shift positions run 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with second shift opportunities also available.
