What You'll Do

• Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in all kitchen areas
• Collaborate with head chefs and kitchen staff to execute consistent, quality meals
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Manage prep work, plating, and timing to meet service demands
• Adapt to diverse menu requirements and special dietary requests

What We're Looking For

• Experience working in a kitchen or food service environment
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented, high-volume setting
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
• Attention to detail and commitment to food quality
