What You'll Do

• Greet patients with warmth and professionalism while managing check-in workflows
• Schedule and confirm appointments using our practice management system, coordinating patient flow with clinical staff
• Answer phone inquiries and direct callers to appropriate team members, representing Athletico's commitment to service
• Process patient intake forms, insurance information, and eligibility documentation accurately
• Maintain organized scheduling systems, patient records, and administrative files
• Support billing inquiries and insurance coordination to ensure smooth transitions for patients
• Assist the clinical and administrative teams with general office operations
