What You'll Do

• Consult with clients to understand their real estate needs and objectives
• Show and list properties, presenting features and benefits to prospective buyers
• Prepare and present contracts, negotiate terms, and manage transaction details

• Build your client database and network within the Northridge and Los Angeles County market
• Manage schedules, coordinate with lenders and title companies, and track transaction progress
• Develop marketing strategies to promote listings and attract qualified leads
