At PHMG, we’re building a high-performance team of Sales Development Representatives who are trained to succeed in a proven system – with clear progression and uncapped earning potential from day one.
The Pay:
- Expected first-year earnings of $70,000 – $90,000
- Uncapped commission – top SDRs earn $145,000+
- Clear salary progression – $10,000 pay increases every three months when targets are hit
- High-performing reps regularly exceed six-figure earnings

The Role:
- Outbound B2B calls to business leaders – generating new opportunities daily
- Qualify prospects and book high-value sales appointments
- Hit ambitious weekly and monthly targets

- Full-time availability (Monday–Friday) – no weekends!
