The Pay:
- Expected first-year earnings of $70,000 – $90,000
- Uncapped commission – top SDRs earn $145,000+
- Clear salary progression – $10,000 pay increases every two months when targets are hit
- High-performing reps regularly exceed six-figure earnings

- Outbound B2B calls to business leaders – generating new opportunities daily
- Qualify prospects and book high-value sales appointments
- Hit ambitious weekly and monthly targets in a performance-driven environment

- Full-time availability (Monday–Friday) – no weekends!
