About the Role

We're seeking a dedicated Jewelry Stylist to join our Scottsdale boutique on a part-time basis. In this role, you'll be the face of Brilliant Earth, providing expert styling guidance and personalized service to customers seeking high-quality jewelry. This is a fast-paced retail position where your enthusiasm, product knowledge, and sales acumen directly impact customer satisfaction and business performance.

What You'll Do

• Engage customers with consultative conversations to understand their style preferences, occasion, and jewelry needs
• Present and recommend pieces from our curated luxury jewelry collection based on customer preferences
• Educate customers about jewelry design, materials, gemstone quality, and proper care and maintenance
• Guide customers through our full selection to find pieces that resonate with their vision
• Process transactions accurately and professionally
• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the boutique reflects our brand standards
• Meet and exceed individual sales goals while building a loyal customer base
• Stay current with our product line and company mission
