About the Role
As our Handyman, you'll take ownership of the upkeep and repair work across Smoker & Company LLC's portfolio of rental and managed properties. This is a hands-on position based in Leola, Lancaster County that combines property maintenance with facility management responsibilities. You'll work full-time ensuring that both interior and exterior systems function properly and remain in good condition for our clients and tenants.
What You'll Do
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on rental properties throughout our portfolio
- Maintain interior and exterior facility systems and structures
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Perform general repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting work
- Keep detailed records of maintenance work completed
- Coordinate with property management on scheduling and priority maintenance needs

- Proven experience as a handyman or maintenance technician
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
