About the Role
As Capital Vegetation Field Coordinator, you'll function as the Lead Operations Coordinator for Entergy's Vegetation Management group, overseeing critical field operations in the Conroe area. You'll champion a culture of safety, reliability, and compliance while directing the execution of our vegetation management program—work that directly protects electrical infrastructure and sustains dependable energy delivery.
What You'll Do
- Direct and supervise field crews performing vegetation management and capital project work
- Enforce Entergy's safety protocols and ensure regulatory compliance across all operations
- Track project progress and operational metrics to maintain system reliability
- Collaborate with crew leaders, contractors, and internal departments to coordinate schedules and resolve issues
- Document daily field activities, completed work, and performance data
- Mentor crew members and foster continuous improvement in operational practices
What We're Looking For
