About the Role

As a Barback at V Pizza, you'll be the backbone of our bar operations. This position is essential to keeping our beverage service running smoothly throughout every shift. You'll work directly with our bartenders to ensure they have everything they need to deliver an exceptional guest experience while maintaining the speed and efficiency our restaurant demands.

What You'll Do

• Restock and organize spirits, wines, beers, and mixers to support continuous bar service
• Wash, dry, and polish glassware to maintain cleanliness and presentation standards
• Maintain ice supply and manage ice dispensing throughout service
• Deliver liquor inventory to the bar and rotate stock appropriately
• Clear and reset barware, garnish trays, and prep stations between rounds
• Coordinate with bartenders and servers to anticipate needs during peak service
• Maintain a clean, organized bar environment and comply with health and safety standards
