Dispatcher

About the Role

As Dispatcher, you'll be the communications hub for a busy organization's transportation and field service operations. You'll manage real-time coordination between drivers, technicians, customers, and office staff to ensure seamless daily operations and quick problem-solving when issues arise.

What You'll Do

• Receive and log incoming service requests and dispatch assignments
• Coordinate routes and schedules for drivers and technicians to optimize efficiency
• Track vehicle locations and personnel status throughout the day
• Communicate with field teams, customers, and internal departments to confirm appointments and resolve service issues
• Maintain accurate records of dispatches, communications, and operational data
• Respond quickly to changes in priorities and handle urgent scheduling adjustments
• Support customers with updates on arrival times and service status
