Account Manager

About the Role

You'll become the primary business contact for your assigned accounts, combining relationship management with consultative problem-solving. Your work will span understanding client objectives, advocating for their needs internally, and ensuring they experience measurable value from Comscore's analytics platform. You'll bridge technical capabilities with business outcomes, positioning yourself as an essential partner in their marketing and measurement strategy.

What You'll Do

• Develop and sustain strategic client partnerships, acting as the central point of contact for ongoing support and guidance
• Collaborate with product and implementation teams to deliver solutions aligned with client goals and timelines
• Uncover growth opportunities and revenue expansion within existing accounts through consultative conversations
• Proactively monitor account health, engagement levels, and satisfaction to support renewals and reduce churn
• Communicate Comscore's data capabilities through business reviews, custom presentations, and analytical insights
• Maintain accurate CRM records and forecast pipeline activity

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of account management, customer success, or sales experience with technology, analytics, or data platforms
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills across organizational levels
• Ability to explain complex analytics and data concepts to non-technical business stakeholders
• Track record of consistently exceeding account targets and renewal metrics
• Comfortable with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience
