HRIS Oracle HCM Recruiting Associate Director

Grant Thornton is hiring an HRIS Oracle HCM Recruiting Associate Director to lead recruiting technology strategy and delivery in Grand Chute. This is a full-time position for a hands-on leader who will own the firm's Oracle Recruiting Cloud platform roadmap and drive adoption across the organization.

About the Role

As Associate Director of Oracle HCM Recruiting, you'll combine strategic vision with technical depth to manage Grant Thornton's recruiting technology platform. You'll serve as the primary stakeholder for Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), working at the intersection of HR operations, talent acquisition, and enterprise systems. This role reports to senior HR leadership and collaborates across business units to ensure recruiting technology aligns with firm growth and talent strategy.

What You'll Do

• Own the Oracle Recruiting Cloud platform roadmap and prioritize enhancements that accelerate time-to-hire and improve candidate experience
• Lead functional configuration, system integrations, and data architecture for recruiting workflows
• Manage platform releases, troubleshoot complex issues, and coordinate with Oracle Support for escalations
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and HR teams to translate business requirements into system capabilities
• Build and mentor a team responsible for day-to-day platform operations and user support
• Drive adoption through training, documentation, and change management initiatives
• Monitor system performance, reporting, and compliance with data governance standards

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 7+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, including Oracle Recruiting Cloud
• Proven track record managing enterprise recruiting or HRIS platforms for large organizations
• Strong understanding of recruiting workflows, talent management best practices, and HR technology ecosystems
• Experience with systems integration and data analytics in Oracle environments
• Leadership capability: ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and mentor technical teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
