About the Role

As a Floorplan Specialist at XL Funding, you'll be the backbone of our dealer finance operations, responsible for managing day-to-day floorplan account administration. You'll partner with automotive dealers, collaborate with Account Managers, and coordinate with internal operations teams to maintain account compliance, reconcile inventory, and build lasting dealer relationships. Your work directly supports dealer success and ensures our floorplan lending portfolio runs smoothly and profitably.

What You'll Do

• Manage floorplan account maintenance and updates to reflect current dealer inventory and credit status
• Reconcile inventory records against dealer submissions and account statements to ensure accuracy
• Communicate proactively with dealers regarding account requirements, compliance issues, and policy updates
• Support Account Managers with daily operations and dealer service requests
• Monitor account activity and flag any discrepancies or concerns for resolution
• Maintain detailed records and documentation for audit and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate with internal teams to process account adjustments and resolve dealer inquiries

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in account management
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, for dealer and internal interaction
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment
• Experience in finance, lending, automotive, or related operations (or demonstrated ability to learn quickly)
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and standard office software
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and willingness to support dealer needs
