Join List Engage as a full-time RFP Specialist and lead the proposal response process for enterprise clients across the United States. About the Role
You'll be the central hub of our request for proposal workflow, managing every stage from initial intake through final submission. In this role, you'll coordinate with our cross-functional teams to gather, organize, and deliver high-quality proposal responses that position List Engage for success in competitive deal environments.
What You'll Do
- Intake, log, and manage incoming RFP requests with clear tracking and accountability
- Coordinate across our Salesforce, Agentforce, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and Loyalty Cloud practice teams to collect technical and commercial proposal content
- Build and maintain detailed response schedules, checklists, and accountability frameworks
- Validate that all proposals meet client specifications, company standards, and compliance requirements
- Communicate with stakeholders and clients regarding timeline expectations and submission status
- Manage proposal management systems and maintain accurate documentation
- Perform quality reviews for accuracy, completeness, and competitive positioning
- Support the sales team through submission coordination and client follow-up activities
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years managing RFP processes, proposal operations, or similar business coordination roles
- Proven project management and organizational capabilities in fast-paced settings
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with RFP management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to balance competing deadlines and maintain attention to detail
- Background in enterprise technology, software services, or professional services
- Familiarity with Salesforce products or cloud platforms strongly preferred
