What You'll Do
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure to ensure consistent uptime and performance
- Manage user access, security protocols, and network configurations across corporate and retail systems
- Support IT deployments, hardware installations, and technology upgrades at multiple locations
- Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues, prioritizing critical business functions
- Collaborate with IT leadership to implement network improvements and system enhancements
- Document network architecture, configurations, and procedures for continuity and compliance
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on experience administering network systems and infrastructure
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and firewall management
- Proven ability to troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues
