About the Role
As a Reliability Tech B, you'll be responsible for the maintenance, inspection, and optimization of equipment assets across your assigned areas. Your work directly impacts our operational efficiency and ability to deliver consistent quality to our customers. You'll operate independently during the night shift, executing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and implementing solutions that extend asset life and minimize downtime—all while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.
What You'll Do
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing repairs
- Monitor equipment performance and condition, logging data to track reliability trends
- Execute maintenance tasks with precision and attention to detail, ensuring work meets customer-grade quality
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and safe work practices in all tasks
- Communicate equipment status and maintenance needs to the day shift and supervisory team
- Support facility efficiency goals by minimizing unplanned downtime and optimizing equipment capacity
What We're Looking For
- Experience in equipment maintenance, industrial technician work, or a related discipline
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose and repair complex equipment
- Commitment to safe work practices and a safety-first mindset
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (8pm–8am) with minimal supervision
