About the Role

At IAA, an RB Global, Inc. Company, Loader Operators are the backbone of daily facility operations. You'll operate front-end loaders to position and maneuver vehicles throughout our Byram branch in preparation for auction. This role demands both technical skill and operational awareness—you'll need to move vehicles efficiently while maintaining strict safety standards and working alongside a coordinated team.

What You'll Do

• Operate front-end loaders to transport and position vehicles throughout the facility with precision and care
• Move vehicles into designated staging and auction-preparation areas according to operational flow
• Perform daily pre-operation equipment inspections and report maintenance concerns immediately
• Adhere to all safety protocols and facility procedures without exception
• Coordinate vehicle movement with team members to maintain smooth workflow and prevent delays
• Keep work areas and equipment clean and organized to facility standards

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience operating heavy equipment such as front-end loaders or similar machinery (preferred)
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and accident prevention
• Comfort working in a dynamic facility environment with multiple moving parts
• Reliable attendance and ability to maintain consistent work schedules
• Physical capability to perform the job's demands, including standing for extended periods and manual tasks
• Ability to take clear direction and communicate effectively with coworkers
