Entry Level Assembler

Aerotek is seeking an Entry Level Assembler to join our team at our Carson location in Los Angeles County. This is a full-time position offering hands-on manufacturing work in a clean, organized production setting. Starting pay ranges from $16.50 to $17.75 per hour, making this an excellent entry point into manufacturing careers for individuals ready to develop core assembly skills.

Working at the Aerotek Carson facility, you'll be part of a dedicated team producing precision cases and lighting equipment. Your Responsibilities

• Assemble components into finished cases and lighting products using both hand tools and power tools
• Package completed products according to quality and shipping specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accuracy
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your work station and production area
• Follow established assembly procedures and quality standards consistently
• Report any quality concerns or equipment issues to your supervisor

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
• Ability to follow technical instructions and blueprints
• Comfort using hand tools and power tools safely
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliability and willingness to work in a team environment
• No prior assembly experience required — entry-level candidates welcome
