Project Manager

Gpac is hiring a Project Manager for a full-time position in Fort Lewis, Salem. In this role, you'll lead execution of commercial and industrial mechanical construction projects for a respected contractor with 25+ years of proven success.

The Opportunity

This position offers you the chance to manage an ongoing pipeline of commercial and industrial work—leveraging your expertise to drive projects from planning through completion. What You'll Do

• Direct all phases of mechanical construction project delivery, from initial planning and budgeting through final completion and closeout
• Coordinate schedules, resources, and budgets to keep commercial and industrial projects on track and within scope
• Lead field teams and manage subcontractor relationships to maintain quality standards and enforce safety compliance
• Track project progress daily, identify and resolve obstacles, and provide transparent status updates to clients and company leadership
• Oversee procurement, equipment procurement, and material logistics to support project site needs
• Ensure all work meets contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and project timelines

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing construction projects in mechanical systems, HVAC, or related mechanical construction disciplines
• Demonstrated success delivering commercial and industrial projects on schedule and budget
• Working knowledge of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and industry standards
• Strong communication and organizational abilities with proven ability to lead teams and engage stakeholders
• Experience with project management software and construction industry tools
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or construction management certification a plus
