Responsibilities

• Facilitate smooth customer order processing and fulfillment from initial request through delivery or pickup
• Provide outdoor lot assistance to customers selecting materials and products
• Handle documentation, record-keeping, and administrative duties that support daily store operations
• Interact professionally with customers and vendors when required for order and inventory management
• Support departments by organizing materials, managing inventory rotation, and maintaining work areas
• Communicate effectively with team members to prioritize tasks and meet customer needs
