Service Advisor

Join Camping World in La Mirada, Los Angeles County, as a full-time Service Advisor. You'll be the critical link between our customers and our service team, coordinating vehicle maintenance and repairs while delivering the attentive support that keeps our guests on the road.

About This Position

The Service Advisor role is central to Camping World's service operations. You'll manage the flow of vehicles through our shop, schedule appointments, and serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their service experience. This position requires strong organizational skills, genuine customer focus, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Schedule service appointments and manage the service intake process for incoming vehicles
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate services based on vehicle condition and customer goals
• Process work orders and coordinate repairs between the customer and service technicians
• Update customers regularly on service status and timeline, addressing questions and concerns
• Provide administrative support to the service department and maintain organized records
• Build relationships with customers and contribute to a positive service experience

Requirements

• Prior experience in customer service or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Professional demeanor and ability to work collaboratively with team members
• Willingness to learn about RV and vehicle service operations
