The Opportunity

As a Field Sales Representative with AT&T, you'll bring our latest connectivity solutions directly to customers in Homer Glen and surrounding communities. This is a consultative sales role where you'll spend time in customers' homes, understanding their communication needs and demonstrating how AT&T's internet, TV, and wireless services deliver real value. You'll work a structured program running April 1 through September 30, with a sign-on bonus of $5,000 paid out as $2,500 following your seventh month and $2,500 following your twelfth month—rewarding your commitment and early momentum.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit residential customers at their homes to present AT&T's telecommunications products and services
  • Conduct consultative conversations that identify customer needs and match them to appropriate solutions
  • Execute the sales process from initial presentation through contract closure in the field

Skills & Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in a field sales, consultative sales, or customer-facing role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with genuine comfort engaging diverse customers
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; comfortable traveling throughout the service territory
  • Self-directed, motivated, and results-oriented with the ability to handle objections and rejection
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and sales record management
  • Availability for full-time work including early mornings and evening appointments as needed
