Responsibilities

• Assist customers with meat selection, answer product questions, and provide personalized recommendations
• Cut, prepare, and package meat products according to customer requests and food safety standards
• Operate point-of-sale systems and process customer transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized counter and adhere to all food safety and health regulations
• Restock displays and manage inventory throughout your shift
• Build positive relationships with customers and create a welcoming service counter experience

What We're Looking For

• Strong customer service skills and a genuine desire to help people find what they need
• Attention to detail and commitment to food safety and quality standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
• Clear communication skills and a positive, professional demeanor
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Prior retail or food service experience is valued but not required
