Position Summary

Join U-Haul's team as a Customer Service Representative and become the direct point of contact for customers navigating their moving and rental needs. You'll handle inquiries, process transactions, troubleshoot concerns, and create positive first impressions that reflect our commitment to service excellence. This is a full-time position based in Atlantic Mine, Michigan, where you'll work alongside experienced team members dedicated to customer satisfaction.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions regarding rental equipment, reservations, pricing, and logistics
• Process rental agreements, reservations, and payments while ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Resolve customer issues promptly, escalating complex concerns to management when necessary
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to help customers select the right equipment for their needs
• Maintain organized records of transactions and customer interactions
• Support team members during peak periods to ensure timely service delivery
• Contribute to a welcoming, professional atmosphere that reflects U-Haul's reputation

Requirements
