Role Overview
As a Master Automotive Technician in our Overland Park location, you'll be the backbone of our service team. This is a hands-on, full-time role where you tackle complex vehicle diagnostics and repairs that require expertise and problem-solving. Core Duties
- Perform comprehensive vehicle diagnostics using industry-standard tools and equipment
- Execute repairs and maintenance across a wide range of vehicle makes and models
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues with precision and confidence
- Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced team members on technical best practices
- Communicate clearly with service advisors and guests about repair needs and timelines
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety and compliance protocols
- Document all work performed in our service management system
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise at the master technician level in automotive repair and diagnostics
- Extensive hands-on field experience in vehicle service
- Proficiency with computerized diagnostic equipment and modern vehicle systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and passion for technical excellence
- Excellent communication and customer service orientation
- Reliable, energetic attitude with a commitment to positive professionalism
- Valid driver's license in good standing
