Customer Service Representative

U-Haul is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative in Saukville, Wisconsin to join our team and deliver outstanding support to customers throughout Ozaukee County. In this position, you'll be the friendly, motivated face of U-Haul's service excellence, helping customers find the right rental solutions and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.

You'll work as part of a supportive team at our Saukville location, serving customers who depend on U-Haul for their moving and rental needs. This is a customer-facing role where your professionalism, warmth, and problem-solving ability directly influence how people experience our company. You'll handle inquiries, process transactions, and represent U-Haul's commitment to reliable service every day.

What You'll Do

• Guide customers through vehicle selection and help them choose the right rental package for their move or project
• Process rental agreements, collect payments, and complete documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
• Answer questions about rates, vehicle options, rental policies, and available services
• Address customer concerns promptly and work toward satisfactory resolutions
• Maintain the rental facility, manage equipment, and handle day-to-day operational responsibilities
• Support a dynamic schedule including evenings and weekends based on business needs

What You Bring

• Natural ability to engage with people and build rapport in professional settings
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a genuinely helpful attitude
• Customer service, retail, or hospitality background is preferred
• Familiarity with computers and point-of-sale transaction systems
• High school diploma or equivalent
